in 2010 my life as a corporate flooring contractor with a brick and mortar store location #2 at the 1# corner of northern California economic power house economies (Money Magazine) came to a halt.
So i did what any promising entrepreneur should do: and that is and was to help the my local Government recover a stagnation of decline from the greatest modern recession, into the greenest power house of sustainable economic regions of the USA.
Giving back to the community is what i did in order to better understand, the situation of the new great depression (2008)
I found HempCrete in 2010 and became the business developer for Hemp Technologies in the USA Americas 1# first builders of, the 1st HempCrete home in Asheville North Carolina featured on CNN, USATODAY.com etc..
About 4 years later and first to display at a conventional specialty show in San Francisco Jewish Museum, that draws in California’s building companies. These movers and shakers see the future of building materials and I made sure to bring a HempCrete sample block I made using ASTM, ISO mortar mix tamped using small scaled forms as my display demo. Weeks later In 2014 the company hits the pink sheet-stock market generating 1/3 a billion in revenues in its 1st quarter.
At this point i had to go it alone….. into what transpires today in my ihemp portfolio.
2010 Albert Joined Greenwise initiative with Sacramentos’ mayor Keven Johnson in order to re-calibrate 23 northern California cities into the green emerald valley.

At this point I’m all in.
At the time of a struggling economy with trade barrier bitcoin was the solution for global scale deals, yet communication was a challenge to solve in the era of having to need imported ihemp. What this means is building a communications platform at global scale for conversation deals and sales in many countries.
I was rigging code until discovering Jeff Lawson of twilio in the bay area had been solving the similar workings I was attempting.
On investment I remember Jeff saying he couldn’t find a penny. When his team grew to 7 seven, I began to use twilio as my communications default. In 2012 I built my first cloud communications VBX aka PBX in the cloud using twilios REST API SDK. In 2016 I established Global Communication at scale using twilio clients codes, for telecommunications using VOIP in the web browser.
twilio eventually moved onto the hottest tech stock to hit the stock market. Today I still code using twilio for all my communications layers.
